hi
This summer, I'm going to be talking about some summer music. No updates here. Lets go.
Man, I had a little journey with Gabba music... I went from calling it weird to loving it. Good news, as broken and as outdated as my coverage on XROGER was, at least it got uploaded to Youtube only to be striked by FOXYUN. Progress has been made in the Nerdcore Techno Community and thats a good thing. Hopefully, more and more people are able to archive and perserve this stuff for the years to come. Nerdcore Techno is a term reffering to Japanese music that samples/remixes songs and tv clips to a specific type of beat. That is my loose definition of Nerdcore Techno that I apply to when I listen to a song from that genre. I have a question tho:
Do Bloody Fist Records count as Nerdcore Techno? Hear me out, ok? Bloody Fist maybe? kinda applies to my definition of Nerdcore Techno but Ill save that for later. Anyway, Bloody Fist was a record label made in the 90s by Dj Mark N. With all the Gabber out there, Bloody Fist is unique for its different genre mashing and techniques. Everybody on the label has at least something you might like from thier records. It really is something. The label was made to keep the current state of Hardcore music underground and non commercial. At one point, they went after Rotterdam Records and Dj Paul Elstak for selling out and becoming commercial on the song: Rainbow Up My Arse. JUST LISTEN TO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
