1.
So I discovered an artist named Azealia Banks from the comment section of a Kyle song. Besides controversies about this artist that are as deep as reading all the beefs that Charles Hamilton had gotten himself into, I'd just wanna say that Banks is basically Lil' Kim if she did dance music.... Where's my point???? 1991 is an awesome song where Banks raps over DDD by Machinedrum (one of her producers). OH MY GOSH THE INSTRUMENTAL IS ALSO SOME COOL FREESTYLE MATERIAL OOOOOOOHHHHTHE SONG IS JUST SO COOL GO LISTEN TO IT. Honestly, this song is better than her song 212. But 1991 is more better for the club than a song whose lyrics would make Nicki Minaj look like a Dora character. Also, what about that Kyle song I mention-
2. Kyle - Love 4 you
This is the song that fully introduced me to Kyle. The song is basically about Kyle's Lovelife. You should also listen to this song too. The energy of the instrumental is also cool too, I recommend......
3. Kanye west - All of the lights
Unpopular opinion: My beautiful dark twisted fantasy isn't that good. The album begins off with bangers but it ends with twigs hitting a brick wall. (PLEASE THIS IS JUST MY OPINION AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH) AOTL has gotta be the best song off the album. It's just the melody and the EXCITEMENT OF THE DRUMS AND TRUMPETS. Kanye talks about going through it all and ~Heading hooooome~ Oh this is perfect for the 4rth of July. You should listen to the remix of the song with verses from Drake, Lil wayne, and Big Sean. Big Sean has my favorite verse tho.
4. Lauryn Hill - Lost ones
Lauryn Hill's one and only album is definitely a good thing to be bumping during the summer and Lost ones is one my personal favorites. Lost ones is a diss track basically about Hill leaving The Fugees. This album is the first album I've done a first listen on. If thier was an album I would want to listen to again, it would be Miseducation.
5. Kendrick lamar - ADHD
This song makes feel something though... The use of that sample... The feeling of being in a place you remember but not knowing what or where you even are at...
6. SAINT PEPSI X Flamingosis - Groovin'
THOSE NOTES THE RETRONESS OF IT ALL MANNNNNNNNNNNNNN A BEAUTIFUL NOSTALGIC SET OF NOTES AAAAA
7. Childish Gambino - 3005
Listen to it! This song is my no.1 Bino song for a reason. Nostalgic set of notes with instrumentals adding on to it more and more. Great song from a great album.
8. Sonic remix - 8TH SPACE
Sonic CD is my favorite sonic game with some great music adding onto it. This was the first Sonic game I completed 100% and to this day, I'm still proud of it. The music is still cool and I definitely recommend checking the soundtrack out.... oh did I mention there was a remix album that remixed the songs that were already part of their own genre and made them sound like they were from some hyper obscure music genre from outer space. Sonic is seriously jamming to banger after banger type songs. Think of hip hop, Jazz, House, Piano, Orchestral, and breakbeat ALL ROLLED INTO ONE CATEGORY. Man, Listen to both the OST and the Remix album you won't forget it.
Thanks for reading this, I had fun making this list. Anyway, what are some more songs that sound like Sonic CD's ost?
